About Strong Like Sam
Strong Like Sam (often abbreviated to SLS) was an Australian rock band formed in Canberra, A.C.T. in late 2004. By 2005 they were already receiving airplay on alternative radio station Triple J. In the relatively short time the band was together, they played well over 200 shows and performed at many festivals throughout Australia and New Zealand. These include: the Parachute festival in New Zealand, two Blackstump festivals, both Soundfests, two Indyfests and two Beauties and Bogans festivals.
