About Straying from Madness
Influenced by the likes of Killswitch Engage and Bullet for My Valentine, Straying from Madness is a metalcore band hailing from Mexico City. They aim for a more international sound, and thus all their lyrics are in English. Formed in 2013, they immediately locked themselves up in the studio to produce their first material, Shadowland, which is a concept album about a group of friends trying to survive a zombie apocalypse. Their first single's title, "Ground Pounder", is a slang term used in the Army for ground based forces.
