Starkoo is a popular partymusic producer in The Netherlands. In 1968 Marco was born in Amersfoort, the Netherlands. He had been taken singing lessons in the 80's and after that he was showing his talent on stage, also in his own café in Haarlem. In the 90's he was performing in the popular "de Apres-skihut" in Rotterdam, which has been the start for careers of famous apres-ski acts such as Het Feestteam and DJ Galaga. It was there that Marco had met Marco Leeuwis
