Spin 2 was founded by ex Barely Works sublime fiddle player Ali Jones and ex Lost T-shirts of Atlantis guitarist, bouzoukier and flautist Chris Rudd. They are described as contemporary folk. They play original songs along side roots based instrumentals with a scintillating "collective energy".
