About Speedwell
Speedwell began in the fall of 1996 as Meredith Bragg, Troy Farmer, and Jonathan Roth. They played some shows in Harrisonburg, VA and recorded a seven inch record that was released by Sport. Soon after this, Brian Minter joined the band. They then toured the southeastern U.S. with Engine Down. They wrote some great songs before they broke up in May of 1998. The story doesn't end there, though. In 2000, with all members of the band relocated to Washington
