About Spax

Spax (born March 28, 1973 in Rheine as Rafael Szulc-Vollmann) is a German rapper known for his work in freestyle and conscious rap. He gained early recognition as a freestyle specialist on hip-hop jams and has been active in both musical and educational projects throughout his career. Spax grew up in Schüttorf, Grafschaft Bentheim. In 1994, he met freestyle rapper MC Rene during a performance on the VIVA hip-hop show Freestyle. Shortly after, he performed with Rene and DJ Mirko Machine as a team
