Sophie Berkal-Sarbit, a native of Winnipeg, currently residing in Toronto, has been singing and performing since she was just 11 years old. Sophie Berkal-Sarbit is an innovative jazz musician who has made her name using her grand, colourful delivery. She was born in Winnipeg in 1991 and attended Kelvin High School, graduating in 2008. Berkal-Sarbit has been singing and performing since age 11 and remains the youngest person to perform at the National Jazz Awards to date.
