About Sons of Young
"Sons of Young" is a working class punk band from Columbia, SC. They are frequently compared to musical acts such as to "The Clash," "Social Distortion," "Gaslight Anthem", and "Lucero." The band was formed in 2007, releasing a series of EPs. Their debut album, self-titled, was released in 2010 on the day Joe Strummer died, December 22. Their latest EP, "... are not in trend," was released June 16, 2011. The next album is due to be released in Spring 2011.
