About Sonic Lens
Sonic Lens is an exploration into the boundaries between music and soundscape, spontaneous imagination and planned form. While some may describe it as ambient, there is nearly always a strong harmonic and musical underpinning even to the noise, with a particular setting or story in mind. The compositional process nearly always involves a synaesthetic vision inspired by the sounds (or sounds inspired from visuals), and it is hoped the listener will also 'see' the music in some form.
