About Somnambul
Somnambul is a german Trip Hop Project, founded in October 1998 by Ulrike Mücke and Kai Mekelburg. Their musical main influences are not a secret, since they initially came together by their common love for Portishead and bands like Goldfrapp and Massive Attack. Not that they are tryong to copy anyone, their style is stilll unique and fresh with unprecitable arrangements. They just manage to create melancholy but sometimes yet dancable melodies.
