Social Icons are a three piece heavy rock band hailing from Wigan, North West UK. The rough vocal style and the grinding booming basslines of Dave Costello are accompanied by the scorching solos and intricate lead work of guitarist Phil Williams and the passionate drum escapades of Kev Brown. Gigging under a different name since the summer of 2004, this band of bearded misfits have set out to take on the world...and more... Their influences include: Bowling For Soup, Metallica, Clutch, Slash's Snakepit, Iron Maiden and many more!
