About Snowbirds
Snowbirds (UK) Snowbirds were the quintessential indie pop band. Formed by Charlotte Thackray, and singer songwriter Matthew White (committed suicide in the late 90's). Completed by a bass player and drummer, both students at Cardiff University who were basically "In it for the beers!". They released the Motorcycle Baby/Ever And Always flexi 7" on Watercolour Records in 1992 which came with the Popsickle fanzine and a split 7" with Les Poissons Solubles on Bring On Bull Records in 1994.
