About Slow Hello
From the band's beginnings in 2008 as a bedroom-pop solo project, Selena Salang's (vocals and guitar) talent for writing infectious songs has since been augmented by the addition of Marc Inting (bass), Erwin Hilao (drums), and Russ Davis (guitar). Slow Hello is an assembly of musicians from some of Metro Manila's independent acts: Ang Bandang Shirley, Twin Lobster, and The Strangeness. In 2011, they released the songs "Minty Fresh" and "Cold Turkey" under Number Line Records to the delight of listeners both in the Philippines and abroad.
