About Sleeping on Stardust
Sleeping on Stardust is a one person Cybergrind/Nintendocore band from Rochester, Minnesota. Started by Bootsy in 2022 as a reboot of a MySpace cybergrind project he started in 2006. SoS combines cybergrind, nintendocore, metalcore, and various other genres in an experimental blend meant to evoke feelings of nostlagia and hopelessness punctuated by moments of humor. Fans of Sleeping on Stardust are referred to as the "SoS Brigade", a reference to the anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya".
