About Skapsom
Coming from Angers, in the West of France, Skapsom was a three piece band playing ska and punk mixed with hardcore. Skal (vocals/guitar), Befa (Bass/vocals) and Clax (Drums / back vocals) formed the band in 2003 and decided to mix different styles of music. Their first album, “Irreversible?” (recorded in 2004 and released in 2005), presents 8 songs of their powerful style. The lyrics, written in English, deal with environmental problems, violence, power abuse... The style is influenced by bands such as Choking Victim or Antimaniax.
