About Sindar
The band was formed in 2004 and since then it’s existing as a side-project of Dmitry Shinkarchuk and Alexander "Mifnar" Genkin that both wanted to created something heavier than their other project – melancholic rock band Anthem of Despair. Sindar can be described as a viking influenced melodic death metal with mythological/fantasy/history themed lyrics.
