About Silverqueen
Silverqueen’s music is for lovers and fighters. Stirring melodies and bold lyrics dressed in echoes and swirls, Silverqueen delivers with power and grace, very much a reflection of her cultural roots. The New York native is first generation American-born from the beautiful and politically conflicted Mediterranean island of Cyprus. The self-taught musician later studied music therapy at berklee college of music in boston. She released her first single, November child, in 2010, followed by the full-length release of uprising in 2011.
