About SILMUS
Silmus is a one-man band from the north of The Netherlands that creates a slightly folky brand of acoustic ambient music. The man behind Silmus moniker is Gert Boersma, born and raised in the small town of Joure, The Netherlands, but now based in Leeuwarden, The Netherlands. Boersma's début album as Silmus, Ostara was released by the Volkoren record label in November 2012. A second album, Shelter, followed in May 2014. Biography from the Volkoren record label:
