Longtime Los Angeles-based members Dave Georgeff (founding member of LA power punk group Wax), Mark Gracious, and irregular Jackass guest Jack Polick formed Sign Of The Fox in 2002 with original member Mike Criddell by recording their self-titled debut, released in February of 2003. Sign Of The Fox featured the original "How Lucky Am I," later revised with the Maggie Gyllenhaal rendition in the film Happy Endings, directed by Don Roos. The sophomore album, Your Wake-Up Is Calling was released in 2006.
