About Shiraishi Minoru
Shiraishi Minoru (白石稔, 白石みのる), born on October 18, 1978 in Ehime, is a japanese seiyuu (voice actor) affiliated with Pro-Fit. Even though he was not new in the voice acting scene, he gained recognition thanks to his secondary role as Taniguchi in Kyoto Animation's "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" (涼宮ハルヒの憂鬱 - Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu), in which his (later heavily parodied) line "wa-wa-wa wasuremono" (roughly translated as "my-my-my forgotten thing") made him extremely popular in the japanese fandom.
