About Shimura Curves
Shimura Curves are a band from London, England, with a revolving line-up comprised mainly of Masonic Boom, (ex-The Lollies), Anna, Marianna, Miss AMP, Lisa, Frances and Ed. Laptop backing tracks, live guitar, bouzouki, intricate harmonies, co-ordinated dancing and poignant/ surreal lyrics abound. The song "I Capture The Castle" was featured on the Truck Festival 9 Compilation earlier this summer, their first single, 'Stronger', was released on 7-inch vinyl on Brainlove Records in September 2006
