About Sheila and the Insects
Sheila and The Insects is an Indie Rock band from Cebu City, Philippines. Officially, the band was named Sheila and the Insects (SATI) in 1994. It's previous name was The End. It's four full album releases to date are: Tangible Rhymes (1999), Plastic Eyes Static Minds (2000), Manipulator (2002), and Flowerfish (2005). They also have a few singles independently released including an Apo Hiking Society cover of the classic "Softly" that was included in the 2-CD + DVD set titled "The Best of Kami nAPO Muna.
