About Shawn Pittman
There are two artists known as Shawn Pittman, 1) a Country vocalist/guitarist from Dallas, Texas and 2) an R&B singer who worked with Arthur Forest to create the beautiful single "Dreams", released in 1989. 1) Although he’s often closely associated with the Lone Star State since taking up residence in Dallas,Texas in the early 90’s, vocalist/guitarist Shawn Pittman is actually an Oklahoma native. Pittman was born in the small town of Talahina and raised in Cleveland County, Oklahoma.
