Shanti Snyder is a Japanese/French lyricist, singer, and songwriter, frequently appearing with her father (Tommy Snyder) in the band "Snyder’s Market". Shanti has been active in the Japanese music industry for over 10 years, writing lyrics and singing for jingles and film music. She has also written for many well known artists there, Toku, Marleen, Take 6, and her voice is known world wide due to her collaborations with Yoko Kanno for various animated films.
