Shaggydog is a band that was formed in Sayidan-a village beside a river in the middle of Yogyakarta, Indonesia-which is comfortable and peaceful. On June 1, 1997 , the band consisting of Heru, Richard, Raymond, Bandizt, Lilik & Yoyo' agreed to call the music they play “Doggy Stylee” ; a combination of several musical elements such as ska, reggae, jazz, swing and rock n' roll, even rock which was specially mixed by these 6 bartenders.
