About Serial
The Serial podcast began in 2014 and is produced by Sarah Koenig, Dana Chivvis, Emily Condon, Julie Snyder and Ira Glass (most of them known from This American Life radio show). They describe it like this: "Serial is a podcast where we unfold one nonfiction story, week by week, over the course of a season. We'll stay with each story for as long as it takes to get to the bottom of it."
