About Seigen Ono
Born: 1958, Japan Seigen Ono is a composer, musician, recording and mastering engineer (fluent in DSD and surround with height format). For over 40 years, he has engineered for renowned artists such as Ryuichi Sakamoto (Merry Christmas Mr.Lawrence/1983), Sadao Watanabe, Manhattan Transfer, Joe Jackson, The Lounge Lizards, Arto Lindsay, John Zorn, and David Sylvian. In 1978, Seigen Ono started his career as an assistant at ONKIO-HAUS (Tokyo) and has become a freelance engineer since 1980.
