schroeder" was originally formed in 1989 by singer/songwriter Larry D. and bassist Mike B., who met at art school in Delaware, USA. After some lineup adjustments, the classic personnel and sound was solidified by 1991 with Nick D. on his 12-string Rickenbacker and Ersk on his Big Red Drums. The band shared a love of classic pop songwriting by the likes of the Hollies, the Monkees, and the Association. Combining those influences with the sounds of their then-current faves the Stone Roses
