Sarkanais Oktobris was an indie rock band from Rīga, Latvia and active between 1992 to 2000. The band was most closely associated with Rīga's Tornis label. It became one of the few Latvian bands played on the John Peel Show. http://www.tornis.lv/so/so.htm
