Shinji Hosoe (Born February 28th 1967 to Hot Springs in Gero , Gifu Prefecture , Japan) is a composer and music producer of video games, it is the source of the soundtracks of Ridge Racer , Xenosaga 2 or Dragon Spirit and its sequel Dragon Saber . It was during his college years that Shinji Hosoe is a passion for music, he began playing the synthesizer and later played in a "copy band" since the middle 80s, he joined Namco in time where he worked that tester but he soon changed his position in favor of creating sound and music
