Sakin, lined up in 1999 and disbanded in 2011, was an Istanbul originated alternative rock band. They performed both their own songs and the covers of such groups as The Smiths, Radiohead, Manic Street Preachers, etc. The Band: Onur Ozdemir (Guitars&Vocal&groovebox) Ozdemir Dereli (Guitars&Vocal) Cenker Kokten (Bass) Soner Ozisik (Drums) Sakin is also a variation on DJ Sakin's name.
