About Saki Kaskas
Theodosius Kaskamanidis (September 24, 1971 – November 2016), better known as "Saki Kaskas" or "Captain Ginger", was a Greek video game music composer, best known for his soundtracks in the Need for Speed series. Saki played guitar, composed soundtracks, and produced music and sound design. Although he was a landed immigrant from Greece when he was a one year old, Saki lived all of his memorable life in Vancouver. He picked up the guitar in 1987 at the age of 15 and his life was centered around music and sound.
