safetravelz, real name Marcus Jayde, is a 19-year-old rapper (born July 3rd 2006) originally from Houston, but based in New York City. He is known for his abstract hip-hop style, which blends intricate lyricism, lo-fi and alternative beats, and unconventional themes. He began his musical journey by playing the piano and guitar at a very young age, and composed his first rap song in 2023. His early influences include Frank Ocean's Blonde, A Tribe Called Quest's The Low End Theory
