Quit Wasting Tape, the debut album from Rutherford Rock Project (RRP), is an eclectic blend of intelligent lyrics articulated through smooth, emotional vocals, complemented by catchy guitar riffs, soothing bass melodies, and inventive percussions. The album was written, recorded, and produced by RRP, a four-piece acoustic rock ensemble from St. Louis, Missouri. Originally formed as a husband-and-wife acoustic rock project by guitarist Jason Rutherford and vocalist/guitarist Rebecca Rutherford in 2006
