
About Roza Tsvetkova
Роза Цветкова (°1931) is a Bulgarian folk singer. She originates from Hotovo, situated in the Pirin Mountain in Southwestern Bulgaria. Since an early age Roza Tsvetkova used to listen to the songs of her mother Ivanka. This way she accumulated a considerable repertoire. In 1951 the renowned composer Filip Kutev heard a song performed by Roza Tsvetkova and invited the gifted singer to join his ensemble (Ансамбъл Филип Кутев).
