Roy Kelly was an American rock and roll singer active during the early 1960s. Based out of the Midwest, he is primarily known for his recordings with Mail Call Records, an independent label located in Pontiac, Michigan. Kelly’s signature track, "Rock and Roll Rock" (backed with "Beyond a Shadow of a Doubt"), was released as a 7-inch single in 1961 (Catalog: Mail Call MC-1003). His musical style is characterized by the energetic, guitar-driven sound of the late rockabilly and early rock and roll era.
