About Rosita
Rosita were formed in London, UK by two former members of Kenickie - Marie Du Santiago (lead vocals/rhythm guitar)and Emmy-Kate Montrose (bass/backing vocals). Completing the line-up were Matt McGinn (previously a guitar tech with Kenickie) on guitar and Paddy Pulzer, formerly of Swervedriver on drums. Their first single "Live It Down" was released in 1999. The band split shortly after the release of their second single the "Santa Poca's Dream EP" in 2000.
