Rome Burns Again surge a raíz de la idea de Raúl de crear un grupo de Metalcore Experimental diferente a todo lo que anteriormente había hecho. Este proyecto que Raúl llevaba en mente se lo propuso a Isanta para ocupar la batería, a Shawn para tocar el bajo y a otras dos personas para ser guitarra y screamer, todos aceptaron y el grupo parecía haber cogido forma. Sin ni siquiera haber llegado a hacer un ensayo el guitarra y el screamer decidieron abandonar el proyecto y formar otro grupo
