Roger Flyer is a songwriter and guitar player from Minnesota. He has been writing and singing songs for over 30 years. In 1980, he recorded an LP (remember those?) called Rivertown with beloved local Twin Cities trio Fitzgerald, Flyer and Boyce. The album went ‘tin’ in 2 months (1,000 copies) and received airplay on several local radio stations including WCCO and Garrison Keillor’s MPR morning show. “They look pretty serious on the album cover,” said Mr. Keillor after he played one of Roger’s songs.
