
About Rockdrigo
Rodrigo González (Tampico, Tamaulipas, December 25, 1950 - Ciudad de México, September 19, 1985), also know as Rockdrigo by fans and followers, was one of the precursors of mexican folk-rock and a main figure of the urban rock movement. Along with musicians like Jaime López, Arturo Meza and Rafael Catana, he was one of the main promoters of the Movimiento Rupestre ("Cave Movement"), a voice-and-guitar folk music movement that brought a series of important artists to the history of Mexican rock scene.
