The are two artists with this name: 1. Robin James is a female folk-pop musician from Colorado. 2. Robin James was born in London, December 1980, with Romany Gypsy and Argentinean roots. He learnt to play the guitar by writing his own songs and has only just discovered what some of the chords are called. Robin recorded his first album, Saint Jude, at Toe Rag Studios, Hackney, in just a few hours, the day he left London to live in Yorkshire. The album was recorded with one microphone, for all but one song, straight on to tape.
