Rick Huckaby was born on April 15, 1975 in Baton Rouge, LA. At a young age Rick began honing his musical skills as a drummer building his first drum set out of pots and pans using wooden spoons as sticks. At the age of 7, the Huckaby family moved from Baton Rouge to Huntington, WV. It was here where Rick continued to play drums for hours a day and eventually played in his first band when he was in the 8th grade. At this point, Rick had never picked up a mic.
