About Richard Goldsworthy
Richard Goldsworthy is a pianist, composer and writer based on the Sunshine Coast in Australia. He has released ten albums featuring his original compositions for solo piano, from his first "Firelight Moon" in 1992 to his latest "The Blue Horizon" in 2023. Born in Cairns in the tropical north of Australia, Richard spent his early childhood in the tiny rainforest village of Kuranda, before completing his education in Brisbane. He studied classical piano throughout his childhood and became a professional musician at age 21.
