About Retórica
Retórica were an experimental band from the city of Belo Horizonte in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais. The band lived together and recorded their only album "1º Comunique" (Cisma, 2002) in their house, integrating the building's architecture in the recording process: bass was played in a bathroom, vocals for one song were recorded on the roof, and two drummers would play in one room while the microphone recording them circumvented the building.
