About Red Noise

Red Noise was a radical, inventive avant rock band with some improvised jazz elements, as well as a heavy dose of Zappa-esque humor. Red Noise penned Sarcelles-Locheres (1971), featuring the 19-minute instrumental suite Sarcelles C'est L'Avenir, a ludicrous combination of Fugs' dementia, Frank Zappa's satirical noise-pop and Soft Machine's jazz-rock.
