About Red Drapes
Myspace www.myspace.com/reddrapes Red Drapes are a four-piece band currently situated in London, England. Their melancholic sound and strong lyrical emphasis takes influence from post punk and new wave bands of the 80’s, The Smiths, Joy Division, Echo & The Bunnymen and The Cure. After only few live shows, Red Drapes soon earned themselves support slots with The Boxer Rebellion, O Children, White Rose Movement and The Chapman Family. A dystopian and somewhat nihilistic view of modern life is documented and encapsulated in their songs.
