About Ray Heredia
Ray Heredia was one of the more promising "young flamencos" of the late Eighties. Nevertheless, heroin prevented promise from becoming reality. He was one of the founders of Ketama in 1985, although he soon left to record a solo album "Quien no corre vuela" (1991) that was released the same year as his death and was therefore not promoted. He was known as the Spanish Prince for being able to play many instruments. His music also can be listened to on the "Jovenes Flamencos" compilations vols.
