About Ras Nas
Ras Nas, a.k.a Nasibu Mwanukuzi, is a poet-musician from Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania that blends reggae and african music with a dash of poetry. Above all, Ras Nas' music is original. 2007 finds Ras Nas ready poised to release his follow up CD "Dar-es-Salaam". On this CD, Ras Nas has collaborated with 24 musicians from nine different countries. "Dar-es-Salaam", containing nine songs with lyrics in both English and Kiswahili,is expected to hit the market in November. You are warned, so stay tuned!
