About Ras Ghandi
Duaine Bowen, who goes by the stage name of Ras Ghandi, was born on September 21, 1977 in the community of Gregory Park St. Catherine, Jamaica. A revolutionary singer and songwriter, as well as deejay, Ras Ghandi has been writing and performing since the age of twelve and cut his first recording at the age of sixteen. Seen as a positive individual and a role model to many, Ras Ghandi continues on his journey to inspire and uplift youths. This journey has taken him not only through Jamaica, but also across the world stage.
