About Rain and Farewell
Rain and Farewell are a band from Arlington, Virginia that plays a unique mix of progressive and alternative rock. Bassist D.J. Powell and guitarist T.D. Crowley began writing songs together in 2006, bonding over a shared love for music that pushes traditional boundaries: post-rock, progressive, electronica, alternative, and metal. The two spent the summer of 2008 recording original material, and began performing live in the fall of 2008.
